Storyboard is Going Pet Friendly Starting Fall ’27!

We’re excited to welcome furry friends to our SIU communities starting Fall ’27!

Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable one-time pet fee
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

Pet Policy:

  • One pet permitted per resident.

  • Maximum of two pets per apartment unit.

  • Pets must meet our eligibility requirements.
